I like div tags on parade than tags with the meaning.

As for the tags such as "header", "footer", etc..., a meaning and how to use is determined, so I think that those tags are not flexible at all.

In principle, HTML is the one that defines only logical structure, I think.

Since I didn't see lots HTML5, my opinion may change or not !
